30 Day Return Policy


We are confident you will always be more than satisfied with your order, but in the event you are not, please feel free to return the item. Any non-engraved items can be returned within 30 days of receipt to for any reason and is subject to inspection by a returns processing specialist. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a credit on the original card used to make the purchase.


Items must be in the original condition as when shipped from our facility. Merchandise that shows any sign of wear or alteration by anyone other than Jewelry Megastore cannot be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the sender.  Packages that are not packed correctly or show signs of damage will be refused by our receiving department. Special orders and/or custom items cannot be returned as well.


Please email to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and you will be send an RMA code to place on the outside of your box. In addition, please write your RMA number on the original invoice or packing slip and place in the box. Do not write the word “Jewelry” anyplace on the box and send the package to the address below. Please include a copy of the original receipt and/or packing slip and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund less shipping charges along with the reason for being returned.


Our extended return policy will be in effect from November 1st through January 7th to accommodate holiday gift giving for the convenience of early shopping. All other terms apply as in the return policy throughout the year.

Invoice value over $500: We suggest you ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ or UPS® insured for the total value of the contents. In addition, request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Jewelry Megastore. (FederalExpress® does not insure merchandise over $500.)
